I pride myself on providing a professional and caring pet care service for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and all small pets in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, North Baddesley and surrounding areas. Your peace of mind is important to me, and I am committed to ensuring your beloved pets receive the best possible care. I am pet first aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked. A copy of the certificate, insurance policy and DBS check are available upon request.

Will I receive updates?

Yes, absolutely! I understand how important it is to know your pet is doing well. I will send you regular updates via text message, WhatsApp, or email, including photos, so you can see how happy and settled your pet is.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, I am experienced in administering topical and oral medication. Please discuss your pet's specific needs during our initial consultation to ensure I can meet them.

What if my pet hides?

Some pets, especially cats, can be shy and hide when new people are around. I have a gentle and patient approach, allowing pets to come to me in their own time. I will always ensure your pet is safe and comfortable, even if they prefer to remain hidden for some time.

Are my keys safe?

Your key safety is a top priority. All client keys are kept securely and separately from any personal identification. They are never labelled with your address. 

How do I book your service?

What are your availability hours?

I strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your pet care needs. Please contact me with your specific dates and times, and I will do my best to assist you. Early booking is always recommended, especially during peak seasons.
